Yelm Project When we began this project, all the homeowner really wanted was a place for a fire pit and a way to get down to it. He wanted it to be big enough to accommodate 12 or more people.

Yelm Project The area on the left side of this picture is the fire pit area and can be accessed from several different paths or stairways. A cedar split rail fence will soon be installed at the edge of the landscape and will separate it from the pasture.

Shawnee Rd Project The owner had two requests ..... a dry creek bed and a wood fire pit where he could sit and enjoy the view of Mt. Rainier.

Shawnee Rd Project All we need now is for the grass seed to grow, a few chairs around the fire pit, a cold beer, a fire and it ought to be a pretty relaxing evening.

The Ranch It seemed like the patio was too small and the afternoon heat was unbearable.

The Ranch A much larger patio with a beautiful wood arbor complete with misters and an outdoor kitchen. A water feature with a natural stone stairway to go and relax in, and the backyard is so inviting now.

Valley Athletic Club It had been many years since the entry to this fitness facility had any new work done to it. The owner decided that it was now time to make the outside match the beauty that lies within.

Valley Athletic Club Ahh, what a differance! The dated overgrown look is gone and a new sidewalk through the landscape allows the guests to experience the journey through plants, boulders and driftwood.

Yelm Project : When we began this project, all the homeowner really wanted was a place for a fire pit and a way to get down to it. He wanted it to be big enough to accommodate 12 or more people.

Valley Athletic Club It was decided that this sidewalk was too narrow and in need of repair. The best approach was to start over from scratch.

Valley Athletic Club Now almost twice as wide and not so close to the building creates a much more open feel. Benches along the way make for a nice place to sit and visit.

Shawnee Ridge Going in, we wanted a dry creek bed, a water feature and a large patio.

Shawnee Ridge Two grueling months in the winter mud were not easy, but the end result was worth it.

Shawnee Ridge The goal here was a patio with a walkway to the tool shed and a vegetable garden area.

Shawnee Ridge A nice sized patio and some raised garden beds for many enjoyable summer days.

Steamboat Island Beautiful property on low bank but yard needing a little attention.

Steamboat Island Boom logs, fishing net, ship rope and a few boulders made a nice nautical theme to this low bank property.
