Keating Road Project
Keating Road Project The house, the landscape around it and the beautiful view were wonderful. But, the area above the bulkhead definitely needed a facelift.

Yelm Project
Yelm Project When we began this project, all the homeowner really wanted was a place for a fire pit and a way to get down to it. He wanted it to be big enough to accommodate 12 or more people.

Yelm Project
Yelm Project The area on the left side of this picture is the fire pit area and can be accessed from several different paths or stairways. A cedar split rail fence will soon be installed at the edge of the landscape and will separate it from the pasture.

Eld Inlet Residence: What a transformation! This project is definitely unique with the stamped concrete stairway leading to upper parking area.

The Ranch
The Ranch It seemed like the patio was too small and the afternoon heat was unbearable.

The Ranch
The Ranch A much larger patio, an arbor for shade and complete with misters, speakers for sound and irrigation for hanging baskets, plus an outdoor kitchen, makes this patio much more inviting. The fire pit area on the right is well used.

Cyrene Project
Cyrene Project Basically what we had here was wall to wall lawn with native clay-like soil. This had to go.

Cyrene Project
Cyrene Project A covered arbor for winter barbecuing, a small patio with gas fire pit and bench height wall turned this back yard into something beautiful and enjoyable.

Eld Inlet Residence
Eld Inlet Residence The original landscape had no parking area for guests. Our goal was to create a more unique and colorful landscape, install a circular driveway, and design in a new parking area.

Spanaway Lake 2
Spanaway Lake 2 The goal for this part of the landscape was to give the homeowner the ability to walk right down to the lake.

Spanaway Lake 2
Spanaway Lake 2 In keeping with the Japanese garden theme, the homeowner now has the ability to walk right down to the lake and enjoy the pristine view.
