The Ranch Before The Ranch After

The Ranch

It seemed like the patio was too small and the afternoon heat was unbearable. A much larger patio, an arbor for shade complete with misters, speakers for sound and irrigation for hanging baskets, plus an outdoor kitchen makes this patio much more inviting. The fire pit area on the right is well used.
Shawnee Residence Before Shawnee Residence After

Shawnee Residence Project

The owner had two requests ..... a dry creek bed and a wood fire pit where he could sit and enjoy the view of Mt. Rainier. All we need now is for the grass seed to grow, a few chairs around the fire pit, a cold beer, a fire and it ought to be a pretty relaxing evening.
West Side Project Before West Side Project After

West Side Project

The landscaping was quite plain and flat. We took on the task of adding dimension to the front yard. With added topsoil, block retaining walls and new concrete, the front yard is now a very exciting and interesting place to go.
Eld Inlet Before Eld Inlet After

Eld Inlet Project

The original landscape had no parking area for guests. Our goal was to create a more unique and colorful landscape, install a circular driveway, and design in a new parking area. What a transformation! This project is definitely unique with the stamped concrete stairway leading to upper parking area.
Cyrene Yard Before Cyrene Back Yard After

Cyrene Back Yard

Basically what we had here was wall to wall lawn with native clay-like soil. This had to go. A covered arbor for winter barbecuing, a small patio with gas fire pit and bench height wall turned this back yard into something beautiful and enjoyable.
Johnson Point Before Johnson Point After

Johnson Point Residence

Added texture and definition. The large Japanese pine will turn a brilliant yellow through fall and winter.
Keating Road Before Keating Road After

Keating Road Project

The house, the landscape around it and the beautiful view were wonderful. But, the area above the bulkhead definitely needed a facelift.
Lacey Residence Before Lacey Residence After

Lacey Residence

The old landscape had no curb appeal and the lawn continually struggled under the shade of the fir trees. The only access from the house to the road was down the steep driveway. A concrete stairway was added along with a wide variety of trees and shrubs. As you can see, we left out the lawn. The landscaping has now given the home a completely new look.
